Shorewalk 2 bedroom 2 bath, this renovated condo was a second home for the Owners, used by family and friends. Shorewalk is located within a couple hours of Orlando, Tampa and Miami is not that far. You can catch a shuttle to Key West from Ft Myers which is only 80 miles south. Short term rental are permitted at Shorewalk, 3 days minimum rentals and the income is very very good.
