Tampa River Heights House - This cozy 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom, and 1,275 square feet single family home is located in beautiful Tampa Heights neighborhood. The first thing you notice when you enter this home are the hardwood floors throughout the entire house and ceramic tile in the kitchen and bathrooms areas. The kitchen has lots of cabinets, countertop space for storage and a large window overseeing the backyard. There is a glass top stove, dishwasher, refrigerator, counter top microwave (will not be repaired or replaced). The master bedroom has a walk-in closet with a half bathroom/powder room. The other two bedrooms share a second full bathroom. Other features of this home include a full-size washer and dryer. Two-car driveway. The private backyard has a patio with a small deck great for entertaining. This home is close in distance to all the trendy shops, restaurants, parks and entertainment and provides an easy commute to downtown Tampa, MacDill AFB, Tampa International Airport. Small Cats/Dogs OK. The rent includes lawn maintenance.
