The home is located in a quiet neighborhood in Port Richey, also considering that you only have neighbors on one side of the home giving you extra peace and quiet. The home was freshly painted and truly is simple living at it's finest. When you walk in you are greeted with the family room/living room combo offering plenty of space and windows in the front and back of the home allowing plenty of natural light to shine through. the Kitchen has all necessary appliances, stove/oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave and a newly installed sink. The laundry room does have hook ups for each washer and dryer unit. The garage is certainly a plus offering extra room for storage or 1 vehicle. Each of the 2 rooms has a built in closet. The patio has a decent sized area that is also screened in to enjoy the Florida evenings without dealing with any annoying pests/insects. The backyard is fully fenced in offering plenty of space for pets or to host gatherings. There is no HOA making living at this home a little bit simpler.
